Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is MetaWrap di Elvis Morelli, VAT number IT01304200452, Italy.

What we collect

When you join the early access list we store only:

• • your email address;
• • your optional answer to “What do you wrap?” (scans, AI generated heads, sculpts, or something else);
• • the date and time you gave your consent, and the date you signed up.

We do not ask for your name, and we do not collect anything else.

Why we collect it, and on what legal basis

We use your email for one purpose only: to tell you when MetaWrap launches, and to send you the purchase link ahead of the public announcement. The optional answer helps us understand who the product is for; it is never used to profile you individually.

The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the box on the sign-up form. You can withdraw it at any time — see “Your rights” below. Withdrawing does not affect the lawfulness of what we did before.

We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for marketing, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking technologies. Videos are served from our own domain, not embedded from third-party platforms. This is why you see no cookie banner. If this ever changes, we will ask for your consent first and update this page.

Who else processes your data

We rely on a small number of service providers, acting as data processors on our instructions:

• • Supabase — database hosting, EU region, where the sign-up list is stored;
• • Vercel — website hosting and delivery;
• • Resend — sending the emails you subscribed to.

Vercel and Resend are established in the United States, so some processing may involve a transfer outside the European Economic Area. Such transfers are covered by the safeguards provided for in Chapter V GDPR, including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, under the agreements we have in place with these providers.

How long we keep it

We keep your email until you unsubscribe, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the product launch. After that, or immediately upon your request, the record is deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its processing, receive it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@metawrap.ai — one email is enough, no forms to fill in. Every message we send also carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

If you believe your data has been handled improperly, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of the country where you live.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell you by email.
